Q1. Hair smell
A: Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put some hair oil on the hair before shipping, protecting the hair from dyeing during long-term delivery. But the smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner.

Q2. Wavy hair texture
A: The wavy/curly hair was steamed without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing. Please understand that we do this to maintain the lifespan and natural condition of the hair.

Q3. Hair care products
A: Use good quality shampoos and conditioners. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. Let it air dry instead of blow drying.

Q4.Coloring
A: All hair can be dyed/bleached to any color you like except #613, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor, so don't dye or bleach the hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Please do it professionally as well.

Q5. Length
A We will check the hair type and length before shipping. When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it to get the right length.

Q6. Gray hair
A: Undyed virgin hair has a few strands of gray hair inside, we usually pick up the hair during production, but we don't guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand and pick up the few strands by yourself. Thank you.

Q7.Inking
A: Hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil to polish it or consult your stylist for more help.

Q8. Split/dry ends
A: Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be a little dry after leaving the hair donor because it has lost human nutrition. You can put some olive oil and argan oil to keep it in good condition.
